Use this page for Talking GM app support, privacy questions, waitlist removal requests, and requests to delete website or diagnostic support data.

Before You Send Diagnostics

Diagnostic upload is optional. By default, diagnostic uploads are redacted. Custom System Prompt text is disclosed in the app as non-private troubleshooting configuration and may be included with diagnostic data in both redacted and full modes. Only enable private diagnostic access in the Android app when you intentionally want support to receive the full diagnostic log database for troubleshooting.

AI Content Reports

If an AI response is offensive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate, use the in-app AI content report feature first. It records the report from inside Talking GM and can include the AI response text you choose to send for review.
